To make offer within 1-2 working days to enquiries send by WOTC

 To supply only good quality products or as desired by buyer(s)

 To process the order and supply within time as mentioned in Invoice/Purchase order

To provide WOTC with a copy of FCO, Invoice, B/L copy, Product passport, POP, Sales Purchase agreements, Inspection reports, Injection reports etc

 That your firm or associates shall not circumvent Williamson Overseas Trading Corporation (WOTC) or try to do business directly with Buyers introduced by WOTC

 To execute NCNDA/IMFPA, if any

Pay nominal service charge or commission to WOTC on the successful completion of each transaction
